Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information ReloadX collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using ReloadX you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
- Password — stored only as a one-way encrypted hash; we never see or store your plain password.
- Order details — the products you buy and the delivery information you enter, such as a Player ID, server/region, username or platform login.
- Profile — an optional avatar image you upload.
Information collected automatically
- Payment references — transaction and payment IDs returned by our payment provider. We do not store your bKash PIN or full financial credentials; those are handled by the payment provider.
- Technical & security data — your IP address and basic request data, used to keep sessions secure and to rate-limit abuse.
- Cookies — a secure, httpOnly session cookie and a matching security (CSRF) token. See section 5.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name and verified email) to create or match your account.
2. How we use your information
- to create and secure your account and verify your email;
- to process payments and fulfil and deliver your orders;
- to show your order history, wallet balance and delivered codes;
- to send transactional email (verification, password reset, order and account notices);
- to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations;
- to operate, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Our upstream fulfilment supplier — to place and deliver your order we pass the specific details a product needs (for example the Player ID, username or region for a top-up). We share only what that order requires.
- Our payment provider (bKash) — to take payment and confirm it.
- Email/infrastructure providers — to send transactional email and host the Service.
- Authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We share the minimum needed to complete what you asked for. Delivery details you enter (like a Player ID) are sent to the supplier only to fulfil that specific order.
4. How we protect your data
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, sessions use signed httpOnly cookies with CSRF protection, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a companion security token that protects against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Clearing these cookies will sign you out.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to close your account and delete data that we are not required to retain.
7. Your choices & rights
- Access & update — view and edit your profile from your account settings.
- Deletion — request account closure and deletion of data we don’t need to keep by contacting support.
- Email — transactional emails are part of the Service; if you close your account they stop.
8. Children
ReloadX is not intended for children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information without guardian consent, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Service means you accept the current policy.
